About This
- 1.1-gallon jars for flour, rice, and kimchi prep: Two 138 oz wide-mouth jars hold large quantities of flour, sugar, rice, or other dry goods. Their size also suits kimchi preparation or fermentation. The biggest option in the line, built for serious bakers and bulk buyers.
- Tall, large-capacity design: At 6.2 inches wide and 11 inches tall, these jars use high shelves and deep cabinets efficiently while standing securely on the counter. Clear glass makes contents and fill levels easy to check before baking.
- Airtight wire clamp lids: A silicone gasket and metal wire clamp create a secure seal that limits air and moisture, helping protect flour, sugar, and grains — while supporting kimchi and fermentation projects. The sturdy latch opens easily. All materials are BPA-free and food-grade, safe for everyday food storage.
- 4.1-inch extra-wide mouth for bulk access: The 4.1-inch extra-wide mouth fits measuring cups, scoops, and whole-bag pours with room to spare. The gently curved glass body is easy to wipe clean and leaves no narrow corners where ingredients can collect.
- Two-jar coordinated set: Two matching 1.1-gallon jars handle flour, sugar, and bulk grains and can also support kimchi preparation. Dishwasher safe; dry thoroughly after washing. Soda-lime glass: avoid sudden temperature changes over 104°F (40°C) and let hot foods cool before filling. Two measuring scoops are included for easy portioning.
